Currently Sacramento is attempting to pull us back under medical. Meaning that we "may" take our orders from the medical department again and not so much from the Psychiatric Department. This is not acceptable ! For the last 3 years we have done a GREAT JOB ! We have been re-directed, we have been re-routed, we have been re-administered, and just so we don't forget . . . we have been re-adjusted to meet the needs of MTA's through out the state !!!
CAPT President Brenda Montelongo along with CAPT VP A.L.Lucketta will be in Sacramento - on your behalf - to amend these notices.
We will be in Sacramento on Oct. 24th through the 25th. to meet and confer {pursuant : Ralph C. Dill Act [3517]} with Jay Salter and Ken Murch - two of our best consultants - to align the State of California with CAPT's reasonable contract.
